Tom Brady Starts new Chapter with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers

After 20 years of playing for the New England Patriots. Tom Brady has decided to move on from the organization and play elsewhere.

Tom Brady decided the next chapter of his football career will be with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. This a big splash for a franchise that has been starving for a championship-caliber team.

Tom Brady signed a two year deal worth $60 million.

The Buccaneers haven’t won a Super Bowl since 2003. Tampa Bay Buccaneers haven’t won a playoff game since 2003 and haven’t been in the playoffs since 2007.

Tom Brady brings them the championship mindset where he has won six Super Bowls.
This might be one of the most dominant wide receiver cores he’s had in a while. Chris Godwin and Mike Evans are coming off 1,000 or more receiving yards season.

Last time Tom Brady played with a wide receiver tandem that both had 1,000 or more receiving yards season was in 2007 with Randy Moss and Wes Welker. That team ended up going undefeated in the regular season and didn’t lose a game until the Super Bowl against a luck driven New York Giants team.

We will soon see how the Tom Brady signing works out for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
