Breakdown of NFL Championship Games

Today we will have the pleasure of watching four great teams battle it out for a chance to play in SuperBowl 54 in Miami, FL on February 2, 2020.

The first game that will be played is the AFC Championship between the Tennessee Titans vs. the Kansas City Chiefs at 3:05 PM ET.

The next game will be played is the NFC Championship between the Green Bay Packers vs. the San Fransisco 49ers at 6:40 PM ET.

Both games should be electrifying today and should keep fans out of their seats for the duration of the game.

Tennessee Titans- Kansas City Chiefs Breakdown

For the Titans to pull the upset today, they must continue to let Derrick Henry do what he does best which is run the ball down the defense throat. Especially after the comment made by Chiefs defense end Frank Clark stating, "He's not one of the best guys at breaking tackles to me honestly." I don't know if Clark was saying that to pump up himself and Chiefs defense for the challenge or to give Henry more motivation to dominate the Chiefs defense on the ground. That's funny for Frank Clark to say because on Week 10 Derrick Henry ran for 188 yards and two rushing touchdowns. Those numbers surely show he isn't easy to tackle.

The Titans running game will open up the passing game for Ryan Tannehill to be able to hit his rookie sensation wide receiver, AJ Brown.

The Kansas City defense must step up today, we know Patrick Mahomes, Tyreek Hill, Travis Kelce, Damien Williams and the rest of the offense will come to play today against the Titans. In week 10 Patrick Mahomes put up 446 passing yards and threw for three passing touchdowns. Mahomes always shows up in big games and today will be no different. Titans defense has no answer for blazing speed wide receiver Tyreek Hill who torched the Titans in Week 10 for 11 receptions, 157 receiving yards, and one touchdown reception.

My prediction is the Chiefs redeem themselves from that week 10 lost and will beat the Tennessee Titans 35-17 to advance to Super Bowl 54 in Miami, FL.

Green Bay Packers- San Fransisco 49ers Breakdown

Today's NFC Championship will be a rematch of Week 12 matchup where the San Fransisco 49ers dominated the Green Bay Packers 37-8. Aaron Rodgers was only able to throw for 104 passing yards and one passing touchdown. Aaron Jones only was able to rush for 37 yards against the 49ers stifling  defense.  Jimmy Garoppolo, on the other hand, had a great game where he threw for 253 passing yards and two passing touchdowns. George Kittle also had a big game with six receptions, 129 receiving yards, and 1 touchdown reception.

Today if the Packers want to win the NFC Championship Game they must win the fight up front, the offensive line can't get bullied again by the 49ers defense line and let Joey Bosa, DeForest Buckner, and Dee Ford cause havoc in the backfield. Also, Davante Adams must have another big game against Richard Sherman, if they want to throw on more then one side of the field. Other young Green Bay receivers  must step up San Fransisco might double team Adams and make someone else beat them.

Today if the 49ers want to win the NFC Championship Game, they just need to play 49ers football running the football with Raheem Mostert and Tevin Coleman. Also, Jimmy Garoppolo must continue to throw the ball down the field to his deep threats Deebo Samuel and Emmanuel Sanders. George Kittle must be involved in today's game today he can't have only 17 receiving yards like he did last week in the divisional game against the Minnesota Vikings they will not win if that happens.

Green Bay Packers defense must step up like they have all season they have only been giving up 19 points a game. If they do that today and Aaron Rodgers shows up as he always does in big games it could get ugly real fast for the 49ers. Aaron Jones must step up and grind it out in the run game and tire out that ferocious 49ers defensive line. Davante Adams must have a big game as well and have his way with the San Fransisco 49ers secondary that only allows 169 passing yards a game.

My prediction is the Green Bay Packers will beat the San Fransisco 49ers 27-17 to advance to Super Bowl 54 in Miami, FL.
